Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "Founder") and the Forge Programme ("Forge") to which you are applying. By submitting an application to Forge, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Programmme Participation

If accepted into Forge, you will be required to actively participate in the programme and attend all scheduled events, meetings, and workshops. You agree to commit the necessary time and effort to fully engage in the programme and to use the resources provided to you to the best of your ability.

2. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that Forge owns all intellectual property rights in the programme materials and resources provided to you during the course of the programme. You may use these materials and resources solely for the purpose of participating in the programme and for no other purpose. You agree not to distribute or share these materials or resources with any third party without the prior written consent of Forge.

3. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information disclosed to you during the course of the programme, including but not limited to business plans, financial information, and marketing strategies. You will not disclose any such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Forge.

4. Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that all information provided in your application and during the course of the programme is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You also represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to participate in the programme.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

FORGE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PROGRAMME OR ANY MATERIALS OR RESOURCES PROVIDED TO YOU DURING THE COURSE OF THE PROGRAMME. FORGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FORGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAMME OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAMME.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Forge and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

By submitting an application to Forge, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
